Just ask your groomer for one of our PPFL cards the next time you come in. Each pet, after 10 grooming services, will become a life time member and receive an upgraded premium product of your choice at no additional cost every time your pet is groomed. After 10 visits your groomer will show you our list of upgraded premium product to choose from. Simple as that! We want to reward our loyal customers, we really appreciate all of you.

NOTICE: AS OF OCTOBER 1, 2022 WE REQUIRE A 36 HOUR NOTICE FOR CANCELLATIONS. WE UNDERSTAND THAT LIFE HAPPENS HOWEVER, WE NEED TIME TO FILL MISSED APPOINTMENTS. THEREFORE, OUR NEW POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:
- FIRST MISSED APPOINTMENT - A VERBAL REMINDER OF OUR NEW POLICY
- 2ND MISSED APPOINTMENT - $50.00 FEE REQUIRED BEFORE NEXT APPOINTMENT IS SCHEDULED (NON-REFUNDABLE).
- 3RD MISSED APPOINTMENT - FULL GROOMING COST PLUS $50.00 FEE BEFORE YOU CAN SCHEDULE A NEW APPOINTMENT.
- AFTER 3 MISSED APPOINTMENTS YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY YOUR FULL GROOMING FEE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING ON ALL FUTURE APPOINTMENTS TO AVOID THE ADDITIONAL FEE.
- NOTE : ALL MONIES COLLEDTED AT TIME OF BOOKING IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
Covid - 19 Updates:
Our number one concern is always for the safety of our clients and staff.
For the time being we are allowing our human clients to enter our establishment without wearing a MASK. We have installed a new entry gate in our vestibule. We feel it helps us to keep our furry clients safe inside our shop and reduces the confusion while checking in. Only paw prints are allowed through our entry gate. A staff member will escort all pets safely to their destination.
We will continue to operate under the Maryland Strong Back to Business regulations which require scheduling an appointment (No walk-in grooms are currently allowed).
We will enforce CDC rules for Social Distancing in an effort to keep everyone safe.
* As usual we will call you when your pet is ready to be picked up.
Paw Prints Grooming Spa follows Maryland State Emergency Mandates and CDC Social Distancing guidelines while continuing to provide full grooming services.
