Your pet is fit and healthy. Any grooming which takes place on an elderly pets or any pets with health problems will be at the owners risk. Grooming may expose pre-existing health/skin problems which we will notify you as soon as possible, our company cannot be held liable. All pets are vaccinated and up to date. Any Un-vaccinated animal puts itself and others at risk. In the event of an injury or health concern, we are authorized to contact a Vet and authorize the vet to treat the pet as necessary if the owner cannot be reached. Dematting/thinning out of matted hair may cause patchiness and hair loss. Consent to remove the matted hair is authorized as needed. Shaving/stripping of pets will dramatically change the pet’s appearance and the hair will be very close to the skin. This may cause some skin irritation. Your written permission will be required to perform this service. Payment will be made as per price list/quote and owners must collect pets at the time stated. Uncollected pets will be charged with a boarding fee. The owner agrees to be solely responsible for any and all acts or behavior of their pet while the pet is in the care of the groomer.
